About Joseph Regan
Joseph Regan is a Nutritionist and Fitness Consultant who possesses extensive knowledge in nutritional sciences, weight management, supplementation and sports nutrition. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Foods, and Nutrition and is currently working on his Master's Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences. Joseph is a member of the Mid-Hudson Dietetics Association.
Joseph is a nationally ranked road cyclist. He raced for the University of Connecticut in the Eastern Collegiate Cycling Conference. He currently races for the Target Training Cycling Team.
In five seasons as a wrestling coach at perennial powerhouse Mahopac High School, Joseph has coached Four Sectional Team Championships, 14 Individual Section Champs, 10 New York State Place Finishers, Two New York State Finalists, and Freestyle State Champions and All-Americans.
Joseph lives in Putnam Valley, New York with his wife, Tori.
